when the weather was nice.

when it was 70degrees outside last friday, the girls played outside. all 5. corbin sat on a blanket by reese - then when there was too much ruckus, i moved sleepy corbin to the RNP on the patio. aidan and miller played on the swings. sawyer taught reese the duckface and peace sign.

it was perfect.

the giggles. ohhh the giggles coming from them made my week. within a few hours, the cold rolled through and by today, i was just happy we didnt get iced in this wkend.

i am so ready for this every day.

I hate not keeping up with blogging.

But i also love that we are so busy doing normal things that i dont have time ;)

this entry is full of fun. starting off with relay for life.

yet again, dancer strong and their family went above and beyond in reese's name. they had a walk team, raised money for RFL -- and reese got a medal (which she adores haha), we walked the survivor's lap, and met new friends while laughing all night with the old ones. such an amazing night.  everyone rocked their gingerfight tees and i teared up all night over the love.

and then there was just hanging out -- the park after sawyer's soccer practice with miller made me giggle.


one morning aidan said she made reese breakfast.
um. this is not breakfast.
but look how happy reese is.


one night we decided to pack up and head to the splash park/sand beach one night. it was so fun. miller freaked out in excitement (and, uh, stood on her head 100 times lol) over the water. reese liked the sand more.


photography tidbit: these next two are with the sun facing them. it twitches me out to do that, but i was too lazy to flip around til later. but you can see the difference.


at 7pm, they had a water show -- and you'll see the girls' reactions to that! they were amazed.

sunny easter.

what a gorgeous weekend it was :) recently, EJ and i decided that during the evenings, we want to go on walks. so after dinner, we head out and just walk to the park with everyone, play for a few, and walk back. the kids just adore it.




and so does EJ.

we stayed away from a lot of public places this wkend in case reese's counts were low. on friday, we made rice eggs to play around with. reese stuck them all down her shirt. lol


on saturday, EJ made the girls a tent with all the couch cushions lol it was a riot. they just kept going in and out... so fun.


sunday was easter -- my parents and matt came over for dinner :) (and a huge thank you to the sweet friend who made the girls these initial shirts. i LOVE them!!)



and another silly --- i walked into the room and sawyer "brushing reese's hair" - she said she even used detangler on it LOL i died.

reese thought it was fun, too, apparently.

this weekend really has been awesome. its nice to just play around the house and see reese having fun with her sisters. and the weather puts everyone in good moods ;)
