    I have a question. I saw that you've been making a lot of gluten free food items. Where are you finding these recipes? Also, where are you finding the ingredients for the recipes? I've been told that I need to try and eat a gluten free diet, but am having a hard time doing so. Any help would be great. My email address is nataliejoy28@yahoo.com if emailing would be easier.

    a lot of them are made up LOL or help from my mom and other friends who love to cook (bc i, uh, dont). im gonna write an entry on this today or tomorrow on my http://parentingv3.blogspot.com soon. so i will let you know when its up!!
